This course is strictly limited to 6 places.
£60 for 6 weeks paid in advance.
Places must be prebooked to ensure no more than 6 people are in a
class.
This course is aimed at anyone who would love to draw but doesn't
know where to start. They will be gentle ,guided lessons to help you
feel good about your abilities and to take those first steps towards
being able to let go of the ideas of perfection ,that can hold us all back.
What you will learn.
How to use a pencil , there is more than one way to use a pencil!
Tricks to make drawing easy.
How to draw from life.
How to copy from photographs.
How to shade.
How to use mistakes to your advantage (that is the most important
thing to learn in my opinion!)
Plus lots more!
What I can promise. There will be tea, biscuits , chatting, laughing. You might even get a bit messy!
What you will need to bring to every lesson
A 4 Sketchbook (or bigger)
Selection of sketching pencils 4b 2b HB 2h to start with .
Eraser ( this will not be used to correct mistakes !!)
Sharpener.
You might need other supplies as the weeks go on depending upon
how you develop but I will be able to provide some things for a small
charge.
